Important! For the folks who attended the Region 1 session in Richmond on March 24, you need to follow these steps to turn your Acer Aspire One's microphones on:

Click: START

Click: RUN

Type:  MSCONFIG

Click:  STARTUP tab.

Uncheck : "RTHDCPL"

RESTART
